"Outstanding customer service!!! Love the Japan-made quilt print zabutons. Well made and beautiful fabric! Shirley was so accommodating! She met me at Ala Moana to personally deliver the zabutons I ordered via email. Thank you Shirley!!! I sure miss Iida’s being a part of the Ala Moana Shopping experience. Those were the days. Just thankful we can shop online and still get unique Japanese products from them."

"Iida’s is our go to place for all our yakudoshi and kanreki celebrations. We always order the plates or bowls and they wrap it very beautifully. Shirley from Iida’s was very helpful. She also delivered it to me at my work place when it was completed."

"Sad to hear that the store closed. I remember purchasing a Japan-made eyebrow tweezer there many years ago. I recently saw their ad for “Kendama”s and ordered 2. His daughter delivered them, but it was REALLY out of her way. The Kendamas are perfect and I appreciate her service. Thank you!"

"Thank you to Shirley and Iida’s for making our Kanreki Party special with selected Nami Tsuru bowls. Shirley was always responsive to all my questions, she made it convenient for me and delivered my items. The presentation of the wrapping was exceptional! I highly recommend Iida’s."

"Shirley at Iida’s was so easy to work with, she always replied in a timely matter.
She helped me pick out and wrap up ( $1.00 more) my favors for my party.
And the products that I bought are from Japan!! Quality products!! I definitely would shop with them again!!"
